The Enterprise & Supplier Development Community of Practice (ESD CoP) is a joint initiative between the public and private sectors aimed at supporting more impactful enterprise and supplier development and thus real transformation through this component of the B-BBEE framework

We are member driven and form  Special Interest Groups (SIG’s )to support professional skills development and  best practice principals.

Our aim is to support the professional capabilities of ESD practitioners, particularly those developing and implementing corporate programmes, through improved access to relevant information and the sharing of best- practice, successful methodologies and useful research.

Our mission is to improve and support more impactful enterprise and supplier development at both the strategic and operational levels.

This community acts as a collaborative forum and platform for ESD practitioners and policy-enablers to share knowledge, experiences and case studies to improve enterprise and supplier development at both the strategic and operational levels.
